Device for Forming Kibbles

The machine cuts strips of chocolate or compound into defined sizes, with a minimum of 4 x 5 x 1.5 mm. It works with a metal blade driven by an eccentric shaft and a motor with speed control. It is installed in the center of the tunnel to pre-cut the semi-crystallized dough.

Technical details

This machinery was developed for the formation of kibble (pieces) of liquor, chocolate or similar products. It is installed on the conveyor of the cooling tunnel in both outlets, forming strips of products, after the product is crystallized, the device breaks these strips into pieces.
